In front of you is a wine card which is a result of a long lasting learning and searching about wines. Here, you can find more than thirty different wines and we are very proud to say that around 80% are Croatian wines, including nine authentic sorts. Allow us to tell you something about Croatian wine regions. Although Croatian wine law divides Croatia into two regions – continental and coastal Adriatic – due to certain specificity, the division into four regions is more often used: Slavonia, Croatian uplands, Istria and Kvarner, Dalmatia. Croatia has a perfect climate for wine production. Geographical position provides her a range of climatic opportunities for superior wine production, with a large number of indigenous varieties.. We hope that our wine card will guide you well in exploring the Croatian wine scene!

SLAVONIA, SPARKLING WINE, BRUT
Finest long bubbles. Aroma shows seriousness and personality. The bouquet can recognize a crust of bread, fresh butter, honey, fine chocolates, a variety of fresh fruit jam. The taste is powerful but calm, rounded. It has a strong body an a long finish. Aged on the lees for 4 years.
SLAVONIA, SPARKLING WINE, ROSE
Delicate “salmon” color, stable and fine pearl in a glass. Very fresh aroma with present floral-fruity notes dominated by roses and red fruits. On the palate it is medium-full body with more explicit acids while the aftertaste passes a pleasant minerality.

|Fresh, lively and with pronounced fruitiness. It’s not so thin like other wines of this kind, but rich and stable. Aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries mixed with fresh apples. Simple and appealing in the mouth also emphasized fruitiness supported by a solid body, which make sit slightly creamy.

It is distinguished by gentle and seductive rose hue, typical for rosé wines. Bouquet complements its hue and gives off a wonderful fruitiness consisting of intertwined rasberry and strawberry aromas. Extraordinary mineral character with crisp acidity makes this wine an ideal wintertime aperitif and true summer refreshment.

A rosé wine with an additional gloss glamor. Definitely one of the best rosé wines in the world. Organic farming, made of selected grapes, fresh and mineral, lightly provence style. The aromas remind us of a strawberries, citrus and provencal herbs.

CONTINENTAL CROATIA, GRAŠEVINA – AUTHENTIC SORT
The site of these vineyards has been known as one of the most respected in the continental part of Croatia. This Graševina is defined by the smell of ripe apples and meadow flowers, dry, medium alcohol and extract, pleasantly bitter, and already as a young wine it develops varietal flavour and aroma prominent freshness.

CONTINENTAL CROATIA, SAUVIGNON BLANC
An aromatic, light and lively wine. The smell is typical “sauvignon style”, fresh herbal character that opens the aroma of grapes. The taste is dry with seductive freshness, gently pronounced acidity, medium to slender body, cleanses the mouth, like a delicious, powerful, mineral and finally refreshing nectar.

|It is of a straw-like yellow color with sparkling greenish reflections. It leaves a relatively dry taste on the palate with a hint of acidity which is unusual for Dalmatian whites, there is an occurrence of fresh fruit, especially fresh apple and elderberry combined with spicy nuances of vanilla and cinnamon.

ISLAND KORČULA – THE MOST ADMIRED AUTHENTIC SORT OF WHITE WINE
Slaven Jeličić is one of the most respected Croatian enologist. Ego is first wine in his own production. A classic, fresh and mineral Pošip, full bodied and lasting taste. Mediterranean tones like peach, apricot and fig are standing out in this wine.
Our recommendation: goes with crabs, mussels, piquant cheeses, pasta with seafood, white fish.

CONTINENTAL CROATIA, CHARDONNAY
This chardonnay is rich and full in taste, very harmonious, with a contemporary character on rich fruit flavor such as apricot and apple, accompanied by vanilla. His greatest quality is an attractive and long lasting aftertaste of spicy fruity character that extends minutes after drinking and invokes another sip.

ISLAND KORČULA – AUTOHTONIC SORT
Wine from ecological plantation. Together with Pošip, the most quality Croatian sort of white wines. It is grown exclusively in the sandy vineyards of the central field in Lumbarda on the surface of 40 hectares. Southern wine of noble bouquet. Its taste is rich, in line and rounded, with aromas of pears, apples, mediterranean grasses, fresh and mineral with a light bitterly ending.

|This Pošip is made of selected grapes , from the best of the island of Brač . This wine is a combination of freshness and fruitiness on the one hand , and of fullness and lightweight barrique aroma on the other . Cultivated, restrained, polished, complex , rich , elegant and mellow. The smell is more discreet than of conventional Pošips . The beautiful and mineral aromas are reminding on the smell of the sea, blended with peaches and apples . The wine for connoisseurs.

Young red wine (kept for six months in Slavonian oak barrels) with a slightly dose of freshness and fruitiness inside. Ruby colour leads to the aromas which are dominated by notes of blueberry mixed with black currant.

This wine exquisitely embodies the most attractive characteristics of that unique variety. Beautiful violets, cherries and wild strawberries. Floral and fruity overtones push through to the finish to conclude with sweet spices.

Dobričić is an almost extinct indigenous species from the island of Solta . They call him the father of the sort Plavac , because the crossing of Dobričić and Crljenak created the sort Plavac. A very limited production, 900 liters (4 barrique barrels), intense dark ruby color , rich and strong tannic structure , full bodied , aromas of ripe plums and cherries .

|Cabernet franc is extremely dark, deep , almost black in color with a characteristic purple reflection. It has a rich aroma of plums and berries. The wine is rich, harmonious, concentrated flavor, slightly more pronounced freshness with plenty of ripe tannins .

|It is made of specially selected grapes from the best and oldest wine yards on the southern position of the island of Brač . The wine has a dark ruby color, lazily moving in the glass, and with its density its lining on its walls , hard and hot, with rich and complex aromas of cherry , ripe plum , underbrush , laurel and rosemary. It is the personification of the Mediterranean. In the mouth, although this is a leviathan wine, everything is fine, elegantly polished, soft, with a fiery aftertaste that lasts .

Modern, complex, fruity and elegant semi sweet wine. This Graševina is defined by the smell of fresh candied fruit, apple, appricot and note of honey. Flavour is sweet, finish is fruity, mild in the direction of sweet spices.
